Who we are and what we do:
Each of our premier, state-certified locations is located in an upscale community within the Broward County area. All facilities feature a 6-bed maximum occupancy with 4 private rooms and 2 semi-private rooms. Each location includes an automatic power generator and is approved for hurricane preparedness and emergency evacuations by the Emergency Management Division.
Our talented, 24-hour staff provide exceptional, organized care to meet our residents’ needs and offer daily assistance with everyday tasks. We provide an opportunity for seniors to age in a safe and comfortable home-like environment with grace, dignity, and respect.
Our Team:
Preet and Jeet Sahi, the owners and administrators, each bring 30 years of experience to our locations. Our expert staff also include CNAs and HHAs to ensure the highest levels of care. Staff are trained in all activities of daily living as well as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Hospice support.
We go above and beyond the state-mandated staffing ratio requirements with multiple staff members present over a 24-hour period. Each staff member undergoes a background screening, finger-printing, and TB tests, as well as continuous training over 20+ courses to maintain current credentials and certifications. Our team is trained and certified in handling medications, CPR, AED, nutrition, direct care, infection control, first aid, and more.

Age in place…
As care requirements become more advanced, seniors in traditional nursing homes or larger assisted living facilities are often moved to specialized care institutions. We operate within the “Age-in-Place” concept, which means we custom-tailor our levels of care to meet resident needs as they move further into the aging process.
We provide minimum, moderate, or maximum levels of care with all activities of daily living. Our residents range from semi-independent care levels to end stages and hospice. We bridge the gap between a traditional assisted living home and a nursing home.
Going out of town…?
We offer exemplary respite care for your loved ones with a one week minimum. Respite care often proves to be a great introduction to an assisted living environment. It can help acclimate future residents and ultimately assist with the transition to a more permanent home solution.
