Make an appointment with us today to view and tour our locations. Tours are scheduled on a daily basis, evening and weekend hours are available.
Evaluations
Once a room is reserved, we will conduct an evaluation on the prospective resident at their current location and create a specialized care plan.
Charges & Fees
Once a location is selected, a deposit confirms your reservation. One month of rent is due upon admission. Rates are all-inclusive of utilities, meals, and care levels. Salon charges and transportation arrangements are billed directly by the vendors.
Medicare and HMO insurances do not cover Assisted Living room and board. However, they do cover doctor visits, medical tests, prescriptions, etc. All our locations are private-pay facilities and we do not have any OSS beds.
The following entities may assist with monthly Assisted Living costs:
Long Term Care Statewide Medicaid Program - We do accept this program and we are contracted with most managed care programs in Broward County
Veterans Administration - This program helps veterans and their spouses supplement Assisted Living monthly rent
We work with most long term insurance plans
